Our Shio Ramenās soup base is clear, light with a deep flavor of shio tare. The chicken-kombu base broth is simmered overnight with smoked chicken schmaltz. It is served with soy-marinated egg, scallions, kikurage mushroom and nori.
SHOYU RAMEN
Our Shoyu Ramen soup base is simmered over a long overnight process. We add an aged soya tare to the base and chicken schmaltz and Japanese kombu. It is served with soy-marinated egg, scallions, kikurage mushroom and nori.
MISO RAMEN (V)
Our Miso Ramen soup is creamy, light, and 100% plant based. The broth is made from oat milk and homemade miso paste for maximum creaminess. It is served with a soy marinated egg, green onions, kikurage mushrooms and nori.
MISO CHICKEN DONBURI
Ground chicken marinated in miso. It is served with Japanese rice, a soft egg, red ginger, scallion, and mayonnaise

PORK CHASHU
Our Pork Chashu is braised in a soya sauce over low heat for over 24 hours. The slow cooking renders the meat, leaving a soft, fatty texture that melts in the mouth.
